Asian Society of Sport Biomechanics (ASSB) was inaugurated in Korea on April 22, 2006. Initially, ASSB encouraged international contacts among sport biomechanics scientists, professionals and students from different countries in Asia, even more! Until this moment, ASSB have not only established a platform in the field of sport biomechanics to communicate and exchange our findings, dedicate our knowledge, but also formed the liaison with national organizations. Since then, the scientific ASSB conference have biennially held at some Asian countries and now is the premier Asian meeting in its field.
